About The Role

The Groundsperson is responsible for the efficient operation of the Maintenance/Grounds department. This includes maintaining all resort rooms and amenities, at all times complying with OH&S Policies & Procedures

Other duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining all resort equipment in working condition
• Fostering positive relationships with guests and colleagues
• Reporting of unsafe practices, incidents or accidents

Skills & Experience

• Ability to perform basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and appliance repairs
• Ability to use and care for tools and equipment
• Desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and respond to emergency situations
