As a Content Marketer at CMC Markets, you will craft high-quality written digital content that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple global markets. 

Based in Warsaw, you’ll collaborate with growth, SEO, product, and design teams to produce impactful messaging that enhances user journeys and improves performance across web, email, and social channels. This role is ideal for an experienced English-language copywriter eager to deepen expertise in data-driven content marketing. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Write, edit, and optimise engaging copy for web pages, landing pages, emails, and digital ads aligned with CMC’s brand tone and commercial objectives 

• Manage and update website content via WordPress and Confluent, ensuring SEO best practices and technical accuracy 

• Collaborate with SEO teams to identify high-impact content opportunities and implement on-page improvements 

• Support campaign planning and execution across organic, owned, and paid channels 

• Partner with design and product teams to create high-performing landing pages and lead generation assets 

• Analyse performance data to refine messaging and improve conversion rates 

• Contribute to client communications and educational materials 

• (Optional) Assist with paid media content strategy and execution 

• Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing content and touchpoints 

• Stay current on best practices in SEO, content strategy, and AI-driven marketing 

Requirements 

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or copywriting for English-speaking audiences 

• Native or near-native fluency in English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills 

• Proven experience producing marketing copy for web, email, and digital campaigns 

• Proficiency with WordPress and/or Confluent CMS 

• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword strategy, and metadata optimisation 

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance tracking tools 

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders 

• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus 

• Experience with paid media content or localisation projects is advantageous 

• Additional fluency in German, or other European languages is a plus
