You will execute initiatives through I2M and IIM processes for the site and ensure effective execution, coordination, tracking & communication of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for the plant.

• Intercompany – managing the procurement of new products and intermediate goods within the company.
• Managing product change and development projects related to non-investment products and processes.
• Project management documentation (project lists, timelines, budgets, etc.) and periodic sharing with relevant parties, monitoring and communication of critical project objectives.
• Leading/supporting the preparation of ARs with consolidated inputs from Commercial, Engineering, R&D & Q, CS and L, and monitoring the process.
• Factory Product Portfolio management and simplification & harmonization.
• Preparation and updating of C:D (capacity:demand) ratios, resource and bottleneck analyses, and presentation of project ideas.
• Savings, capacity increase, quality improvement. • Evaluation of proposals and sharing them with relevant teams, follow-up, guidance in accordance with the I2M process, opening and leading new projects
• Development of Factory Master Plans / Preparation of Roadmaps
• Monitoring the processes of creating SAP BOM, Finished Goods, Semi-Finished Goods and Rework Codes by MD and Operations
• SAP material code creation and extension, extension of finished product codes and process management
• Initial procurement of new raw materials, process trials and qualification,
• Transition processes from existing raw materials and/or packaging materials to new ones
• Determination, follow-up and informing relevant units of the project finance budget on the factory side
• Organizing trials within the scope of the project, monitoring their results
• Managing initial production approvals and informing relevant teams
