Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Support
Help execute brand plans and campaigns in line with overall brand strategy. Ensure brand guidelines (tone, visuals, messaging) are followed across all touchpoints.
2. Campaign & Marketing Execution
Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns (digital, social, in-store, events)
Work with creative, media, and agency partners on briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Market & Consumer Insights
Track market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour. Assist in analysing campaign performance and sales data to derive insights. 
Collate regular feedback from key stakeholders and be the custodian for ensuring a mechanism is in place for capturing consumer facing insights and key USP generation. Ensure that voice of consumer resonates in all marketing communications.
Undertake regular brand health audits and competition mapping and submit a monthly/quarterly report on the same.
4. Product & Portfolio Support
Support product launches, relaunches, and promotional activities. Coordinate packaging updates, POS materials, and communication assets.
5. Merchandising and POSM
Ensure timely dispersal of all POSM (digital and physical) to partners in coordination with sales teams and partners. Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in any consumer facing execution.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with sales, e-commerce, supply chain, finance, and agencies. Ensure smooth execution of plans and alignment across teams.
7. Budget & Operations
Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking spends
Handle documentation, POs, and internal approvals
