About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact Director of FP&A to support our Corporate Functions organization. This role will serve as a key financial partner across HR, IT, Finance, and other corporate teams - helping drive disciplined investment decisions, scalable planning processes, and operational rigor.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution - bringing clarity to how we invest in our business and ensuring we are well-positioned to scale efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Partnership

  • Partner closely with Corporate Functions leadership (IT, Finance, HR, etc.) to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making

  • Provide insights on cost drivers, investment trade-offs, and opportunities to improve efficiency

  • Help translate business priorities into clear financial plans and measurable outcomes

Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for corporate functions

  • Build and maintain scalable expense models and headcount plans

  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders on targets, assumptions, and performance expectations

Expense Management & Performance

  • Monitor and analyze spend across corporate functions, identifying risks and opportunities

  • Establish reporting frameworks and KPIs to drive accountability and transparency

  • Partner with leaders to manage budgets proactively and optimize resource allocation.

Operational Excellence

  • Improve planning processes, reporting cadence, and financial systems to support a growing organization

  • Leverage data, automation, and analytics to increase efficiency and insight generation

  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, HR, and Business Operations teams.

Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and develop junior team members

  • Contribute to building a collaborative, high-performing FP&A team

  • Help drive consistency and best practices across the broader Finance organization

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of FP&A or related finance experience, preferably supporting corporate functions

  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including building, mentoring, and developing talent within high-performing FP&A teams

  • Strong understanding of expense management, headcount planning, and operating models

  • Proven ability to influence business partners and support data-driven decision-making

  • Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis

  • Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience leveraging data, automation, or AI-driven tools to enhance planning and reporting is a plus

Security Requirements

The base salary range for this job family is 117,000 to 222,000 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
