IT Project Manager – Euronext Securities Oslo

Euronext is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT projects. In this role you will engage in critical projects and initiatives, managing the most complex and significant programs to be developed in the coming years as part of the  IT transformation across Euronext Securities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate & Coordinate Projects: Lead high-level requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and impact analysis. Identify dependencies, risks, and assumptions.
  • Collaborate & Plan: Align project requests with portfolio priorities, manage scope, impact analysis, and oversee solution design with Product Owners and stakeholders.
  • Lead Execution: Manage IT project plans, dependencies, and issues. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain control over scope changes.
  • Transition to Operations: Ensure smooth handover of projects to the BAU (Business as Usual) phase.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience delivering IT projects in complex environments.
  • Strong communication skills for documenting risks and commitments.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in changing environments.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in finance or banking projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Jira, and other PM tools.
  • Agile or waterfall certifications (Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
  • Academic background in IT, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Economics.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
