Job Description

You will be part of the EMEA East market procurement team and support the CEE (Central Easter Europe) Health Systems market with all kind of daily activities like general supplier communication, collecting supplier quotes and helping with supplier qualifications for customer projects. Market Procurement supports the Philips sales teams to sell solutions to hospitals and doctors. Market procurement is purchasing everything which Philips is not producing by themselves but want to resell to customers as part of a solution. With this market procurement directly contributes to the Philips vision to improve the lives of billions of people.

Your role:

• Contact with suppliers

• Processing documents

• Data crunching activities - running reports & cleaning systems

• General admin tasks

You're the right fit if:

• You are a student in at least 2nd year of Bachelor studies

• You are fluent in English and Polish and have very good communication skills

• Shanish language would be a plus

• You are available to work at least 30 hours/week

• You have analytical mind

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
