A Day in the Life

We are looking for a university intern to join our team and contribute to the development of digital solutions for Global Customer Care & Order Operations. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as these will be essential for their daily activities.

We are interested in someone with a curious mindset, proactive attitude, and great attention to detail—essential qualities for precise and structured documentation of our digital solutions. Key responsibilities include organizing, managing, and generating reports, as well as developing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the efficient management of our processes.

Additionally, it would be highly valued if the candidate has basic knowledge of SharePoint administration for document management, as well as experience or interest in building interactive dashboards in Power BI, as these tools complement our efforts to optimize and effectively visualize data.

We are looking for someone eager to learn, collaborate in a dynamic environment, and bring real value to the team while developing practical skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• This is a temporary position.
• Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, product group and/ or project group.
• Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned.
• Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
• Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance for projects or digital solutions developed by the team.

Documentation: Manage and maintain documentation for digital solutions, ensuring compliance with the standards established by the business.

SharePoint Management: Update and maintain the Digital Solutions SharePoint, ensuring all required documentation is properly organized and accessible.

Effective Communication: Collaborate closely with the Citizen Developer team to understand, document, and maintain updated records of each new digital solution.

Solution Inventory: Ensure the continuous update of the digital solutions matrix/inventory to enable efficient management.

SharePoint Support: Perform updates and add new entries to the Citizen Developer (CD) SharePoint as needed.

Idea Management: Update and track new ideas submitted through the Ideas Catcher platform.

Support and Backup: Serve as a Back Up/Dispatcher in the Help Hub portal when necessary.

Data Analysis: Assist in the administration and development of dashboards in Power BI to facilitate the visualization and analysis of key business data.
