What this role is all about:

We are looking for a Maintenance Parts Clerk in Jerome, ID.  The Parts Clerk maintains inventory parts and materials for the plant.  This position provides stock items to the plant as needed and handling vendor issues as directed.

• Starting pay $22.37
• $1.50 shift premium for night shift
• Double-time on Sunday’s
• Maintain the Inventory of parts and materials used throughout the plant.
• Issue parts to Maintenance and Operators.
• Generate requisitions to replace stock and new parts.
• Perform the physical inventory of stock on hand.
• Receive parts and restock shelves.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and field-specific software.

Where you’ll be working:

Our Jerome, ID, plant is home to approximately 400 employees and processes approximately 7 million pounds of milk per day. This facility produces various types of cheeses, such as; mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, muenster, parmesan, romano, Monterey jack, gouda, and asiago. They also run various whey streams, such as; deproteinized whey, sweet dairy whey, GMP, permeate, instantized, and our top-rated BiPro products.
