Looking for a skilled SharePoint Developer & Reporting Analyst to join the Business Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of SharePoint solutions. 

  • Develop SharePoint site and implement automated solutions using SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate and other PowerPlatform technologies.
  • SharePoint specific required skills including end-to-end development including customizing web parts and web part pages, creating sites, document libraries, lists and views and reporting functions
  • Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders then translate them into SharePoint solutions.
  • Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow
  • Design and implement data visualizations using Power BI for enhanced reporting and analytics.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining performance management systems (for example, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and lower Microsoft apps).
  • Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, and security best practices within SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
  • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth.
  • Influence skills - In-depth.
  • Data driven decision making - In-depth.

Salary:

$79,800.00 - $148,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
