The Role
Are you ready to kick start your career in Marketing? We have an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our Compounding Marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator, Compounding at Baxter Healthcare in 6 month fixed term role. In this role you will support the Marketing team including Product Managers and Head of Marketing with the execution of marketing communication strategy and pricing simplification projects to support the ANZ Compounding portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Head of Strategic Partnerships and Marketing, Compounding ANZ, you will work on pricing simplification project that includes price input automation and price list automation as well as executing marketing coordination tasks such as refreshing content and branding of sales team collateral and preparing customer communications.

While we prefer the role to be based in Sydney, we will be open to considering candidates based in other States.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead pricing simplification project for marketing, working with internal stakeholders and platforms to process map the Compounding marketing pricing process and develop relevant tools/automation to simplify the process
Collaborate with stakeholders to support and design internal pricing tools across different platforms
Assist with coordinating customer communications as required
Assist with coordinating content and branding of marketing collateral, including traditional and digital channels
Assist with general marketing activities
Ensuring all business activities align with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
Key Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Science or related fields
Advanced PC skills (Windows), particularly high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency of automation tools such as Power BI is good to have
Strong commercial acumen with process mapping and project management experience
Be willing to continuing development of marketing skills/competencies
Demonstrated tenacity and integrity when dealing with complex processes
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results
The ability to work autonomously with a drive and determination to succeed
Professional approach to direction and implementation of ideas and programs
Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering outstanding products
