Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the organization's operational technology (OT) security. Your typical day will involve analyzing security requirements, designing and implementing security solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of operational technology systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement cybersecurity governance frameworks in line with industry standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST) for OT environments. - Define/ Create policies, procedures, and guidelines for cybersecurity management - Ensure alignment of OT cybersecurity strategies with overall corporate governance and compliance requirements - Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with established security framework Professional & Technical Skills: - Experience in developing and implementing OT cybersecurity governance frameworks based on industry standards such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, tailored to specific OT environments (energy, manufacturing, oil & gas, utilities) - In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements (NERC CIP, NIST, GDPR, and other sector-specific regulations) - Managed complex OT cybersecurity projects, including the implementation of security controls, governance frameworks, and compliance initiatives - Act as a key advisor to senior management and business leaders on OT cybersecurity risks, strategies, and emerging threat landscapes - Developed KPIs and reporting metrics for OT cybersecurity health and communicated results to stakeholders through dashboards and executive-level presentations Additional Information: - Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics/Instrumentation/Computer Science/ Information Technology. - IEC 62443 or equivalent certification.
