Job Description Summary

The Cluster Lead is responsible for delivering integrated facilities management services across multiple sites in Hyderabad, Bangalore & New Delhi. The role calls for a proactive, values-led leader who builds strong client partnerships, drives operational excellence, and consistently demonstrates the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance. Working closely with key stakeholders, the Lead will motivate high-performing teams and anticipate evolving business requirements to ensure consistent service outcomes and continuous improvement.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client across India, ensuring expectations are met consistently and professionally.
  • Build trusted relationships through transparency, reliability, and ethical conduct.
  • Understand client priorities and anticipate future requirements that support long-term operational success.

Operational Leadership

  • Lead FM operations across all assigned sites, ensuring adherence to contractual, quality, and safety standards.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate service delivery, efficiency, and sustainability.

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Guide and inspire facilities teams across regions to achieve high performance with integrity at the core.
  • Foster a collaborative culture where accountability, respect, and ethical behavior are non-negotiable.
  • Support capability development and encourage team members to take responsible ownership of their roles.

Financial & Vendor Management

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls responsibly, ensuring transparent and compliant financial practices.
  • Oversee vendor relationships with firm governance, ensuring suppliers meet performance, safety, and ethical expectations.
  • Promote ethical procurement principles with zero tolerance for corrupt practices.

Compliance, Risk & Governance

  • Ensure all sites operate in full compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Always adhere to the highest ethical standards with absolute compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits, manage risks proactively, and ensure timely resolution of issues with clear documentation.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Promote new technologies, sustainable solutions, and best practices to advance FM operations.
  • Lead service-improvement initiatives that raise operational standards and reinforce ethical performance.
  • Encourage innovation while ensuring all changes align with transparent and compliant business conduct.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10- 15 years’ experience in facilities management, including multi-site or national account responsibilities.
  • Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and delivering high-quality FM services.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear understanding of statutory requirements and ethical compliance in the Indian FM landscape.
  • Willingness to travel across regions as needed.
