What You Will Do:
In this role, you will work with a team supporting a National Security client with execution of IT project management initiatives, projects, and objectives to support accomplishment of the strategic goals of the organization. The candidate will collaborate as part of the program management office (PMO) team to manage and enhance business processes, facilitate meetings, develop client communications and reports, develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects, identify and report on risks and issues, apply agile framework concepts, and deliver solutions to complex program management challenges. The candidate will be required to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups to gather information, ensure tasks are completed on time, proactively raise risks and issues, and provide reports to senior level executives.

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance

  • Bachelors Degree

  • THREE (3) or more years of experience supporting technology projects

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance

  • Certificates preferred: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

  • Knowledge Preferred: Change Management, IT Program Management, Business Strategy and Transformation

  • Exceptional analytical skills

  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a variety of project environments

  • Experience working with and briefing senior level government stakeholders

  • Ability to gather or create requirements and metrics to address client questions and needs

  • Ability to effectively deliver written and verbal presentations in an informative and succinct manner, addressing questions and feedback professionally

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and drive issues to resolution

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
