What you’ll do 

  • Activate the digital operating model by building a high‑performing, empowered team culture and leading structured change management across global initiatives. 

  • Equip teams with the skills and capabilities needed to accelerate the adoption of digital solutions. 

  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments, and align stakeholder engagement and communications across global and local teams. 

  • Advise, challenge and coach senior leaders in Digital, HR and the business to redesign roles, skills and ways of working with strong attention to the people side of change. 

  • Collaborate closely with the Digital MT and HR colleagues to design, adapt and implement a practical change roadmap that maximises buy‑in and minimises disruption. 

  • Track and report progress, risks, KPIs and success metrics, ensuring changes are embedded and sustained over time. 

  • Share best practices, develop fit‑for‑purpose tools, support localisation, and build organisational change capability by enabling leaders to confidently lead change.

Who we’re looking for 

  • You are an experienced change professional who is ready to Own this role with confidence and empathy. You bring: 

  • A Master’s degree in HR or a related field. 

  • 10+ years’ experience in change management, including complex digital transformations. 

  • Strong knowledge of change methodologies (Prosci certification preferred). 

  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence, challenge, and support senior leaders across cultures.
