Responsibilities:

• Ensuring end-to-end order fulfilment for customer orders – from order intake to delivery
• Coordinating priorities and managing dependencies between sales, planning, production, and logistics
• Acting as the primary escalation point for delivery challenges, capacity conflicts, and changing customer priorities
• Following up on delivery performance (OTD), backlog, and critical orders
• Ensuring clear decisions, transparency, and timely clarifications throughout the order flow
• Supporting standardized workflows and continuous improvements in the order process
• Coordinating and prioritizing tasks in the CSS team as part of daily operations

 

Qualifications:

• Have solid experience within order fulfilment, supply chain, or operations in a manufacturing environment
• Possess strong SAP skills (required)
• Are used to working with delivery performance, prioritization, and escalations
• Communicate clearly and can drive progress across functions
• Have experience with – or naturally take on – a coordinating responsibility for colleagues
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
