Nike Sportswear is where culture meets community. As Lead Professional, Account Marketing, Sportswear Specialty, you’ll shape how that connection comes to life across partners and channels - driving campaigns that inspire and resonate throughout EMEA.
This role reports directly to the Director, Account Marketing, Sportswear Partners. You’ll collaborate extensively across multiple departments and functions, including the Sportswear & Energy cross-functional team, Sportswear & Energy brand teams, Brand Creative, Sports Marketing, City cross-functional teams, and the external Account Marketing team.
Serving as a critical link between these diverse groups, you’ll leverage their collective strengths to deliver unified and impactful seasonal campaigns across the region. Your ability to connect, align, and multiply expertise will be central to driving Nike Sportswear’s account marketing success.

In this role, you’ll become an integral member of the account marketing team dedicated to Sportswear Specialty. You’ll collaborate closely with the Nike Sportswear brand and cross-functional account teams to drive seasonal initiatives and craft marketing strategies that align with Nike’s brand and business priorities.
You’ll lead seasonal planning, guide briefs through creative and brand teams, and ensure Nike’s standards show up consistently across every consumer touchpoint. You’ll design storytelling initiatives that elevate consumer experiences, strengthen relationships with partners, and amplify Nike Sportswear’s presence across digital and physical channels.
