Job Title: All round Material Handler – Warehouse

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler with strong all round experience to join our warehouse team in Eindhoven. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, unpacking , handling, and preparing goods for shipment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, unpack , pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy
• Apply proper packing techniques to ensure products are protected during transport
• Handle fragile, sensitive, or high-value items with care
• Label, scan, and document shipments accurately using warehouse systems
• Perform quality checks and report any damages or discrepancies
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing incoming goods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (forklift if certified)
• Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong hands-on allround WH experience
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and move packages (up to 10–23 kg)
• Basic computer skills and experience with scanning systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent Dutch language skills are required
• English language skills are a plus
• Strong continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
• Hoisting certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (QAD)
• Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., pharma, medical devices, or high-tech logistics)
• Loistic Lean knowledge.
