Join a fast-growing team building the future of clean energy. As a Site Inventory Specialist, you’ll support the installation of utility-scale solar and wind sites. This hands-on role involves working outdoors, receiving inbound shipments, ordering and tracking materials onsite.  

 

 

YOUR ROLE IN ACTION 

  • Serves as a primary liaison among the project team, Corporate Supply Chain department, Suppliers, and Transportation companies 

  • Initiates and tracks material and equipment requisitions using Blattner systems, Supplier SharePoint, Transportation company websites, etc.   

  • Responsible for receiving, offloading, and inspecting all incoming shipments and generating Receiving Reports and Delivery Exception Reports 

  • Responsible for outgoing shipments  

  • Implements and coordinates site inventory plan in conjunction with Trade Superintendents; generates storage location maps and inventory lists  

  • Supports the project team in any additional inventory management requirements  

  • Activities consist of approximately 50% office/administrative work and 50% field work.  

  • Working outdoors for extended periods of times in various weather conditions 

 

 

TOOLS FOR THE JOB 

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background, MVR, drug, and alcohol screen 

  • Two-year-related degree; or equivalent combination of experience and education  

  • Must have valid driver’s license   

  • Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel) 

  • Composite or steel toe work boots

Pay Range: $22.00- $28.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility 

 

Individual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity and by specific location in alignment with applicable pay laws and regulations. Compensation is just one factor of our overall benefits package.
