The SCRM Implementation Engineer will be responsible for the development, testing, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exiger’s products in support of Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) SCRM implementation roadmap to establish a more forward-looking posture. This role serves as the primary coordination point for communications between internal and external customers, engineering teams, and other operations teams, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of Exiger’s suite of SCRM tools. This position is essential for ensuring that the DLA and its customers have the insights and tools necessary to mitigate risks within the defense supply chain, ultimately supporting national security objectives.

What You'll Do: 

  • Development and Testing:
    • Lead the development and testing of DDIQ platform products to ensure they meet required specifications and performance standards.
    • Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams to design and implement new features and functionalities as required by customer needs.
  • Installation and Configuration:
    • Oversee the installation and configuration of DDIQ platform products in various environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
    • Customize platform settings to meet specific client requirements and industry standards.
  • Troubleshooting and Support:
    • Diagnose and resolve issues related to the DDIQ platform, providing timely technical support to internal and external customers.
    • Implement troubleshooting procedures to prevent recurring issues and improve overall system reliability.
  • Coordination and Communication:
    • Act as the central point of contact for communication between internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations, etc.) and external customers.
    • Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project status, issues, and changes in a timely manner.
    • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to address complex technical challenges and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Supply Chain Risk Assessment and Reporting:
    • Provide subject matter expertise to deliver SCRM assessments for the DLA and its customers.
    • Address supply chain risks by enhancing end-to-end transparency and knowledge of multi-tier supply chain ecosystems.
    • Analyze complex connections and dependencies within specific supply chain ecosystems to answer risk and resiliency questions.
    • Engage in continuous discovery and monitoring of dynamic supply chains for indicators of risk, focusing on individual suppliers and specific parts or products, proposing new solutions leveraging Exiger SCRM tools.

Who You Are: 

  • You have strong proficiency in the development, installation, and configuration of software platforms
  • You demonstrated the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • You have experience with coordination and communication across multiple teams and stakeholders

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with the DDIQ platform
  • At least 7 years of experience in implementing similar technologies in a professional setting
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality technical solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Deep understanding of supply chain ecosystems and the ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments
  • Clearance preferred
