TEAM
Safety & Quality organization is dedicated to managing safety and quality at the company level. The team focuses on processes, policies, and compliance, aiming to prioritize product and process safety and quality. The team operates with the principles of standardization, fostering a unified approach to safety processes, and promoting independence between engineering and Safety & Quality.

The “Global Operational Safety” team, as part of the Safety & Quality organization,  is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance in vehicle operations across all regions. Here is the mission and vision for the team:

Vision: To be a leader in operational safety, setting benchmarks for excellence in safety practices and compliance in the industry.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Woven by Toyota Vehicle Operational Safety and Compliance Lead is responsible for ensuring safe vehicle operations and  full compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This role is dedicated to developing and implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. The safety and compliance lead will work closely with engineering, legal, and operational teams to maintain the highest levels of safety and compliance.

For California: $115,500- $189,750 a year.
Your base salary is one part of your total compensation. We offer a base salary, short term and long term incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. The California pay scale for this full time position is $115,500- $189,750. The total compensation offered to an employee will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and level.
