Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for our platform, from discovery and concept creation to user validation, client alignment, and delivery. This role is perfect for a bold, independent, and highly skilled designer who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and is passionate about creating market-leading experiences.

The ideal candidate will push the boundaries of design by leveraging AI tools, championing and evolving our design system, and introducing innovative, unconstrained ideas that elevate the product experience. You’ll work closely with engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure design excellence while delivering practical, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications:

• 7+ Years of Product Design Experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, complex applications.
• Compelling Portfolio showcasing exceptional UX/UI design work, with a focus on solving complex, ambiguous problems through thoughtful interaction and visual design.
• Expert-Level Proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of its advanced features for prototyping 
• System-Driven Design experience, including proven expertise with advanced Design Systems, Responsive Design, and Material Design.

• Own the E2E Design Lifecycle: Covering the full spectrum of discovery, concept creation, user validation, client alignment and delivery.
• Drive AI-Powered Innovation: Push the boundaries of our design process by actively leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, accelerate iteration, and create impactful solution showcases for clients and stakeholders.
• Elevate the Design System: Champion and evolve our existing design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the entire product ecosystem.
