The Casual Matchday Raffle seller will sell Saints Foundation raffle tickets in Hospitality areas at Southampton FC home fixtures, supporting the charity’s fundraising.

What will you be doing?

• Actively participate in matchday sales, circulating hospitality suites and executive boxes to sell Saints Foundation Matchday Raffle tickets.
• Support a variety of fundraising events in the community and at St Mary’s Stadium, including helping with event set-up and pack-down, selling raffle tickets or merchandise, assisting with registration and guest check-in, and encouraging donations through engaging conversations.
• Engage positively with Southampton FC home supporters, representing Saints Foundation in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately handle, record, and securely store cash in line with the charity’s financial procedures at the end of each two-hour selling period.
• Carry out ad hoc tasks as directed by management to ensure the smooth running of fundraising activities and events.

Is this you?

• Great customer service and sales skills, with the confidence and willingness to approach members of the public to make an ask of them.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people from a range of backgrounds.
• Positive, dynamic, adaptable, and able to be a great team player.
• Competent to complete basic administrative tasks and basic financial skills to process and handle cash transactions.
• Availability and willingness to work weekends and evenings
