What would you do? Customer Relationship and Requirements Development • Understand client business needs & objectives; participate with client to define architecture requirements and strategy. • Build strong customer relationships. Manage expectations at all levels, including customers/end users, and Outsourcing Account Delivery Team(s). • Support Sales efforts as needed, providing technical expertise regarding our standard offerings and client requirements • Provide detailed definition on how the architecture will support the application(s). • Conduct impact analyses of technical requirements on the system. • Analyze, determine, and document technical requirements for project, work request or defect. • Work with Application Architects in defining software / hardware requirements and in planning and delivering architecture. Team Project/Support Management • Define IT Service Level targets and DR targets for BPO IT Solutions • Create work plans which define scope, resources, milestones, quality, risk, deliverable, and acceptance criteria. • Ensure that application technological design remains within project scope. • Coordinate the design and development of technical work estimates • Provide accurate and useful project, architecture or issues status reports. • Ensure goals for teams are being met and manage group commitments. • Work with team members to enhance their business and technical knowledge. • Perform IT capacity planning based on business volumes • Estimate IT costs for new BPO solutions Deliverable Quality Management and Creation • Plan and develop technical standards for Client Service Teams • Determine the technical approach, direction and implementation for a work request to ensure proper design. • Lead, direct and participate in new technology adoption • Participate in design code and test reviews as appropriate. • Review, prioritize and research application change requests. • Provide assistance in scheduling design work. • Prepare contingencies, scenarios, scenario plans and action items to resolve issues. • Communicate and resolve application interface issues.

People Development and Management • Estimate and procure required staffing, skills, and other resources as needed. • Ensure work assignments use skills of Technical Architect team members and offer opportunity/challenge for skill development • Develop and mentor people, act as a career counselor and create a high performing organization (foster relationships, resolve conflicts, etc.) • Ensure performance evaluations of direct reports are objective and timely. • Address performance problems as needed Special Initiatives / Other • Participate in / lead special projects as needed • Support organization transformation and communication efforts. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Architecture. - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in designing scalable and high-performance systems. - Ability to analyze and optimize existing architecture for improved efficiency. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of technology architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Architecture. - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in designing scalable and high-performance systems. - Ability to analyze and optimize existing architecture for improved efficiency. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Business Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
