What would you do? Process Capability Development• Drive methods adoption and create deliverable most cost effectively.• Facilitate sharing of best practices – identify and drive productivity improvements.• Manage and direct technical team processes.• Sponsor technology knowledge management. Contribute to and foster knowledge sharing across teams.• Maintain awareness of new technological developments in industry and processes - implement concepts appropriately.People Development and Management• Estimate and procure required staffing, skills, and other resources as needed.• Ensure work assignments use skills of Technical Architect team members and offer opportunity/challenge for skill development• Develop and mentor people, act as a career counselor and create a high performing organization (foster relationships, resolve conflicts, etc.)• Ensure performance evaluations of direct reports are objective and timely.• Address performance problems as neededSpecial Initiatives / Other• Participate in / lead special projects as needed• Support organization transformation and communication efforts.- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Architecture.- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance systems.- Ability to analyze and optimize existing architecture for improved efficiency.- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and technologies. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs and provide guidance to team members, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
