Job Description
Primary Function:
The Associate Designer will act as Manufacturing Engineer for Evaluation boards
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree of Industrial Engineering or Electronics Engineering
Experience:
Fresh Graduate or 0-2 work experience
Knowledge, skill and abilities:
Project management, knowledgeable in PCB manufacturing and PCB CAD files, team player, and can be able to work on tight schedule and timeline.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
•Apply professional knowledge, concepts, principles and techniques in SMT assembly to perform broad range of moderately complex assignments using standard methods and procedures to improve productivity and yield of PCB assembly processes and products.
•Interface with groups involved in production and test development efforts.
•Support the development, evaluation and transfers of new products and processes into manufacturing.
•Maintain critical processes capability.
•Publish periodic comprehensive reports, as well as project specific updates and reports.
•Provide CM support including line dispositions and general sustaining
•Lead and participate in defect reduction and manufacturing batch yield improvement efforts
•Conduct periodic CM visits to check actual process against standard specifications.
