Role Overview

The Full Stack Engineer plays a critical role in advancing Coca‑Cola’s digital transformation by designing, building, and scaling modern digital products that enable faster decision‑making, intelligent automation, connected experiences, and measurable business outcomes across the enterprise. Working within a product‑centric operating model, this role partners closely with product managers, data and AI teams, architects, business stakeholders, and fellow engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and user‑focused solutions.

As a Senior Manager‑level individual contributor, this role combines deep technical expertise with strong business understanding to translate digital strategy into high‑value technology solutions. The Full Stack Engineer will help embed data, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, and modern engineering practices into critical business domains, accelerating the organization's shift toward a digital‑first enterprise.

What You Will Do For Us

Core Engineering & Full-Stack Development

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full stack applications that enable strategic digital capabilities across Coca‑Cola’s global business ecosystem.
• Develop integrations with Marketing Technology platforms such as CRM, CDP, marketing automation, personalization, consumer engagement, loyalty, campaign management, and analytics platforms.
• Build modern, scalable front‑end experiences and robust back‑end services, micro services that support consumer-facing applications that improve business productivity, drive transactions and loyalty, operational efficiency, and user engagement.
• Integrate enterprise platforms, APIs, cloud services, data products, and artificial intelligence capabilities into digital products and workflows.

Platform Architecture & Technical Strategy

• Participate in architecture and technology decisions, contributing to reusable engineering patterns and standard
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical solutions that accelerate digital transformation and create business value.
• Build reusable platform capabilities rather than one-off solutions.
• Help evolve the organization's MarTech ecosystem toward a more integrated, scalable, and future-ready architecture.

Product Delivery & Business Value

• Build and enhance platforms that support consumer acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and loyalty.
• Enable consumer journeys across channels, including web, mobile, email, messaging, social, and other digital touchpoints.
• Participate in agile delivery teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, technical design discussions, and release activities within Global Engineering and agency partners.
• Build scalable technology that enables faster consumer growth.
• Reduce the time required to launch and optimize campaigns and consumer experiences.
• Create seamless connections between consumer data, marketing activation, digital experiences, and measurement.
• Increase the speed and quality of experimentation and learning.

Quality, Security & Governance

• Contribute to the development of reusable engineering components, frameworks, and standards that improve speed, consistency, and scalability across products.
• Apply modern and secure software engineering practices including automated testing, code reviews, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure automation.
• Ensure appropriate handling of consumer data, including privacy, consent, identity, and data governance requirements.
• Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for security, privacy, reliability, performance, accessibility, and compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment

• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate consumer and business needs into technical solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Partner with data engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists to operationalize intelligent solutions and embed data‑driven decision making into business processes.

Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and enhanced consumer experiences.
• Support a culture of learning, experimentation, collaboration, and engineering excellence across the Digital organization.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in full stack software engineering, application development, or related technology roles.
• Experience building and supporting enterprise‑scale web and mobile applications using modern front‑end and back‑end technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in consumer-facing, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, media, travel, financial services, or digital platform environment.
• Experience building high-scale consumer applications.
• Experience with consumer identity resolution and unified consumer profiles.
• Experience with real-time personalization or next-best-action capabilities.
• Experience with event-driven consumer architecture.
• Understanding of privacy regulations and consumer data protection principles.
• Experience working with global or multi-market technology platforms.
• Experience working in product-led or Agile organizations.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered personalization, recommendations, or marketing use cases.
