Job Description

As a CIEC SAP BTP Software Engineer at NBCUniversal, you will be an integral part of our IT team, focusing on designing and implementing robust SAP Cloud Platform Integration solutions. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on cuttingedge technologies and contribute to the optimization of our business processes. We are looking for a candidate with expertise in various adapters, including SFTP, HTTPS, Mail, AMQP, Advanced Event Mesh, and others. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully migrating from other middleware platforms

Mandatory Skills:
SAP BTP, CAPM, Build Work Zone, SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).

Core Responsibilities:
• Develop applications using SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Process Automation, and SAP Build Work Zone, Integrate SAP Build solutions with core SAP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP)
• Design and configure digital workplace experiences using SAP Build Work Zone. Integrate SAP and third-party apps with role-based access, personalized pages, and seamless navigation.
• Configure and extend SAP Fiori applications using SAP Build tools.
• Implement process automation workflows using SAP Build Process Automation.
• Work with APIs (OData, REST) to enable data integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Build apps and integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Build Apps (low-code/no-code development)
• Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), particularly in areas such as:
• SAP Build Work Zone, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Business Application Studio
• Experience of SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, and CAP (Cloud Application Programming) model is a plus.
• Proficient in working with OData and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, and JSON for UI customization.
• Understanding of ABAP (basic understanding is beneficial).
• Experience in CI/CD tools, Git, and DevOps practices related to SAP development.
• Knowledge of integration tools such as SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) is advantageous COMCAST India Engineering Center I LLP

Qualifications & Technical Skills:
• bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a SAP Integration Suite Developer with a focus on integration development.

• Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration tools and technologies.

• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI adapters, mappings, and scripting.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.

• Experience in transformation projects e.g., from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA (S/4 Conversions, green field, brown field, blue field etc.)

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Proficiency in working with various adapters, including SFTP, HTTPS, Mail, AMQP, Advanced Event Mesh, and others, within the SAP Integration Suite.

• Strong understanding of API management principles and best practices.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Process Orchestration (PO).

• Familiarity with various data formats and protocols (XML, JSON, SOAP, REST). • Experience in developing and optimizing integration processes for SAP and non-SAP applications
