Aviatrix is searching for an experienced Senior Channel Manager. You will work closely with Channel leadership, peer CDMs, GTM sales, and current and future channel partners to build out the next iteration of Aviatrix partner journey!

 

What You Will Do and Achieve:

This is both a partner relationship and a revenue-generating role.  You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with sales leadership and sales teams at both Aviatrix and in partner organizations to secure new business, drive marketing activities, and close strategic partnerships across the region with National and Regional channel partners.

Build broad relationships across partner sales, marketing, product function at the Partner Org, including an organization map and establish Aviatrix team mapping to those key functions. Develop a revenue generating joint GTM plan for assigned partner portfolio that should include joint GTM activities (events, webinars, etc.), how we engage with Partners Sales and Technical resources (enablement, co-sell plan, and other key ecosystem participants (CSP/Technology Partners) to drive customer engagement

  • Develop and execute Aviatrix partner strategy with your partner(s), in alignment with Aviatrix regional business and global partner strategy
  • Cultivate deep relationships with your partner(s)’ cross functional leadership team, optimize partner performance through business reviews, identify additional business opportunities to expand revenue
  • Establish QBR cadence, and lead both preparation (presentation) and run quarterly QBR meetings
  • Own joint revenue generating GTM plan and lead the cross functional execution to deliver on that plan. This will likely include working with marketing and sales teams on the execution of partner programs, events, sales engagement, building playbooks and collateral
  • Serve as an advocate for the partners and identify areas for partnership growth
  • Report out on a regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence to all key stakeholders, with a strong analytical approach and crisp communication style

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in building and growing channel partner relationships, including evaluating and recruiting new partners and driving joint sales success
  • Team player, able to collaborate with strategic, technical, creative, and business experts at all levels of the organization (including across remove locations)
  • Stellar written and verbal communication, with experience simplifying concepts, and influencing stakeholders
  • A get-it-done attitude wtih ability to roll up your sleeves while driving strategy
  • Ability to balance and prioritize competing opportunities, needs, and business priorities
  • Dynamic, creative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • A big thinker, some who can brainstorm and develop out of the box ideas to drive success

 

The Australia compensation range for this full-time position is 287,100.00 - AUD 331,700.00 OTE + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education.  The range displayed is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US. Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
