What the Candidate Will Do

• Revisión y Seguimiento al Reporte de Pagos Hechos por Cuenta del Cliente   

• Seguimiento a Financiamiento Pendiente de Facturar   

• Seguimiento con los departamentos correspondientes para aplicación de Anticipos y/o PHCC  

• Capacitar Nuevo Integrante y/o Asignación de Cliente   

• Documentar el Proceso de Facturación de los Clientes Nuevos y/o los Cambios en los Procesos (SOP)  

• Alta de Tráficos Especiales  

• Cumplimiento de 5’s  

• Atención a Clientes Internos y Externos  

• Control de Incidencias del personal (Faltas, Autorización de Permisos, Vacaciones).  

• Elaboración de reportes para clientes.  

• Auditar aleatoriamente cuentas de gastos mexicanas y americanas.  

• Reportar Cierre Diario a Coordinador /Gerente de Facturación. 

Basic Qualifications

• Capacitar Nuevo Integrante y/o Asignación de Cliente   

• Documentar el Proceso de Facturación de los Clientes Nuevos y/o los Cambios en los Procesos (SOP)  

• Alta de Tráficos Especiales  

• Cumplimiento de 5’s  

• Atención a Clientes Internos y Externos  

Preferred Qualifications

• Excel intermedio 

• Conocer documentación de Agencia Aduanal 

• Ingles 60%
