Who You Are:

  • 4 a 6 años de experiencia en gestión de cambios de TI y control de entornos tecnológicos.
  • Experiencia administrando cambios de infraestructura, aplicaciones y plataformas empresariales.
  • Experiencia en entornos críticos o regulados, idealmente manufactura o industria.
  • Conocimiento en gestión de riesgo, continuidad operacional y reducción de downtime.
  • Rigurosidad y atención al detalle en planificación, documentación y seguimiento de cambios.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y negociación con equipos técnicos, usuarios y stakeholders.
  • Capacidad para coordinar aprobaciones y ventanas de implementación.
  • Liderazgo colaborativo y facilitación de comités de cambios (CAB).
  • Pensamiento estructurado y equilibrio entre agilidad operativa y control.
  • Dominio de Gestión de Cambios bajo ITIL v3 e ITIL 4 (Change Enablement).
  • Experiencia en BMC Helix Change Management o herramientas equivalentes.
  • Gestión de RFCs (Request for Change), flujos de aprobación y notificaciones.
  • Validación de planes de implementación, rollback, ventanas de mantenimiento y activos impactados.
  • Evaluación de impacto y riesgo de cambios.
  • Gestión de cambios estándar, normales, urgentes y emergentes.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías Agile y DevOps aplicadas a la gestión de cambios.
  • Administración y priorización de portafolios de cambios.
  • Liderazgo de reuniones CAB y procesos de aprobación.
  • Gestión de stakeholders y coordinación entre áreas técnicas y de negocio.
  • Seguimiento post implementación y revisión de cambios ejecutados.
  • Documentación de resultados, lecciones aprendidas y acciones de mejora.
  • Elaboración de métricas e informes de volumen, éxito y fallas de cambios.
  • Identificación e implementación de mejoras para aumentar estabilidad y agilidad operacional.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation (requerida).
  • ITIL 4 Foundation (deseable).
  • Certificaciones ITIL intermedias o avanzadas relacionadas con Change Management (RCV, DPI u otras).
  • Certificaciones BMC Helix / Remedy Change Management (deseables).
  • Conocimientos de ISO 20000 y COBIT (plus).
  • Idiomas: Español, Inglés y Portugués.
