The Monogram Marketing Content Specialist supports the Monogram brand by executing high-quality content, showroom experiences, and event marketing that bring the brand to life for consumers, designers, and trade partners. This full-time, showroom-based role blends content creation, social media execution, live event support, and daily showroom engagement. The role works cross-functionally with brand, marketing, and trade teams to ensure consistent storytelling, elevated customer experiences, and strong engagement across physical and digital touchpoints.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Showroom Operations & Event Support
Manage and support day-to-day Monogram showroom operations to ensure the space is consistently organized, functional, and guest-ready.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact during business hours, greeting visitors and responding to general product, program, and showroom inquiries.
Answer inbound customer calls and route questions related to products, programs, service, and showroom activities.
Maintain showroom readiness, ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and customer-facing at all times and supporting general upkeep of the space before and after visits and events
Support execution of showroom events, including outreach, confirmations, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Assist with chef-led cooking demonstrations, including guest coordination, plate clearing, and post-event cleanup.
Conduct Monogram product walkthroughs and trainings for showroom guests, designers, and trade partners.
Track showroom traffic, events, and engagement metrics using shared reporting tools.
Partner with the website team to ensure Monogram Design Center (MDC) events and demonstrations are updated accurately on the website on a quarterly basis.
Prospect new design, architecture, and builder firms weekly to promote showroom trainings and event opportunities.
Content & Social Media Marketing
Manage and maintain the Monogram content calendar in alignment with monthly marketing priorities.
Create, schedule, and publish social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Support influencer and brand partner collaborations, including participation in social media planning and coordination calls.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Monogram brand, marketing, and internal teams to ensure content alignment and consistency.
Monitor content performance and stay informed on content marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve engagement and effectiveness.
Trade Partner Program Support
Execute designer and sales team reward communications.
Review and vet trade partner program registrants.
Support trade partner communications, including welcome emails and ongoing engagement.
Participate in and support 360 vendor and partner calls as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or other related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, content marketing, event marketing, project management, customer engagement, or related roles.
Hands-on experience executing social media content across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Willingness to support evening events and limited travel (approximately 10%).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a premium or luxury brand.
Familiarity with showroom, retail, or experiential marketing environments.
Experience working with designers, architects, builders, or trade partners.
Experience managing content calendars and tracking performance metrics.
Creative, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and customer experience.
