THE ROLE

Reporting to the Operations Manager for Freedom Mortgage Pavilion, this working supervisor position oversees the payroll processing of Live Nation events in the Philadelphia region, extending out to events in Hershey, New Jersey, and other surrounding areas when requested. This administrator must have a high level of organizational and problem-solving skills along with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Enter Payroll for Production Runners/Caterers for Live Nation events throughout the Philadelphia/Hershey region into ABIMM as sent to them by local production managers.

  • Onboard new production runners and guide them through new hire paperwork and background checks.

  • Manage payroll balancing, troubleshooting and resolution of payroll issues to meet transmission deadlines, including keeping track of late payroll.

  • Work with production managers to assign payroll entries to proper shows, cost centers, and accounts.

  • Responsible for processing off-cycle payroll corrections and adjustments as needed

  • Maintain high level of customer service including timely response to inquiries via phone or e-mail.

  • Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties and responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll information

  • Special projects as needed

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Minimum of 1 year experience with a high-volume payroll and/or onboarding.

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • ADP and Workday experience preferred

  • Strong PC Skills including proficiency in Excel

  • Strong work ethic and team player

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced time sensitive environment

  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
