Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Pflugerville TX.

Report to the Operations Manager. The Warehouse Supervisor role involves overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping, receiving and transportation materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:15pm Mon-Fri

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Management team and personal
• Great supervisory skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Client interaction experience
• Detailed oriented in documentation owning process and follow through
• Strong work ethic while working under pressure
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
• Except Management ie: Damage Freight, Returns, Misrouted Shipments
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat, and safe manner.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of materials experience using (MRP) systems ie: Oracle
• 3+ years in a Manufacturing Supervisory Position
• Experience in transportation
• Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
