Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

Specialist Finance in Billing Cards Invoicing team 

Type of Employment: Temporary, 1 year

Location: Riga, Latvia 

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided) 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take ownership for Billing Cards Invoicing team requirements in he 1CP project;

• Participate and represent the team in all 1CP project related meetings;

• Participate and be responsible for user acceptance testing;

• To lead online and classroom user trainings;

• Take ownership and participate in data migration to the new system;

• To provide first line support after system go-live;

• Participate in month closing related tasks;

• Various manual invoice creation for specific customers.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (can be last year student);

• Previous experience in accounting;

• Good computer skills (MS Office);

• General understanding of ERP systems;

• Fluency in English (speaking, writing) for communication with colleagues in Europe; 

• Very good communication and collaboration skills;

• Precise, analytical, organized and stress resistant personality;

• Improvement driven and good team player.
