A Day in the Life
By joining Customer Care & Order Operations (CCOO), you will get a unique opportunity to drive customer experience through technology innovation and contribute to bringing our Mission to patients all over the world. Working in CCOO means being close to our customers and critical people inside hospitals, (nurses, physicians, procurement departments, suppliers, national health care bodies and others) and internally you get to interact with many key stakeholders and functions (sales, pricing, marketing, etc.).
To support our Specialized Services Customer Care department in Heerlen, we are currently looking for a full-time senior Order-To-Delivery (OTD) Customer Service Representative. In this role you contribute to the company goals in
the areas of customer satisfaction. You are the single point of contact for our business contacts for the execution of the Order-To-Cash (OTC) processes, within a cooperative relationship.
We are specifically looking for candidates that live within a maximum 80km radius of our Medtronic office in Heerlen, the Netherlands. After your fulltime training period at the office, we expect you to work at least 2 days per week in the office; the other days you will work out of your home office. As of 1 July 2022, our government has communicated that cross-border employees must be present in the office by 80% of the working hours.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Support of all the day-to-day Order-To-Cash processes such as orders allocating and processing, analysing delivery issues, answering enquiries, order monitoring and follow up, and providing support to Customer Care, Supply Chain, Logistics and Transport (act as the linking pin)
- Strive to ensure excellent quality, swift delivery and ultimately our patients' safety and health
- Act as a single point of contact for our business contacts for the execution of the OTC processes within a cooperative relationship
- Support continuous improvement, while sustaining standardization and to contribute to our departmental goals we set to improve, as well as for your own personal growth
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years’ experience in customer care/service and order management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong sense of responsibility, high flexibility, dedication, strong focus on customer satisfaction and are able to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues in other departments and disciplines
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Able to prioritize and adapt in a constantly changing environment and effectively deal with stress, strict following agreed deadlines, proactive approach, team player with a distinct drive for execution and results
We would prefer if you had previous experience in using SAP and speak Dutch.
