About The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile Customer Experience Manager who speaks and writes fluent Russian, Ukrainian, and/or Polish to manage the end-to-end customer journey. This role combines sales, implementation, driver activation, and account management to ensure our customers receive exceptional support throughout their lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a multifaceted role and enjoys building relationships while driving results.
