MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

Handles the administration of x-ray services for pre-employment (PE), annual physical examinations (APE), Applicants’ examination and consultations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs x-ray of chest and extremities for APE/PE/ME and Consultations.
• Performs diagnostic examinations as per doctors’ request during consultations.
• Process x-ray films and submits them to Radiologist for analysis.
• Records and prepares results of x-ray and/or ultrasounc for APE/PE/ME and consultations.
• Prepares APE/PE/ME forms to be submitted to Records Dept (MLC)
• Schedules patients for ultrasound and instructs the patient regarding the preparation depending on the ultrasound request.
• Checks patient’s request and secures Approval Code or Official Receipt which ever is applicable before conducting the procedure.
• Assists the doctor in the conduct of ultrasound.
• Keeps record on file of all x-ray and ultrasound results done in the clinic
• Releases accurate results of all x-ray and ultrasound procedures done in the clinic
• Monitors OSL every two months and submits to TUV Rheinland
• Prepares documents needed for yearly Renewal of LTO
• Prepares BSC monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Monitors x-ray/ ultrasound supplies and informs the inventory custodian.
• Monitors retention of quality record
