Within the Comfort Driving Assistance teams, we are looking for an Embedded Systems Cybersecurity Architect.
Responsibilities:
Perform threat modeling and risk analysis to anticipate and mitigate cybersecurity threats and attacks targeting embedded systems.
Specify cybersecurity requirements and best practices for embedded systems design, development, and production.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to product development teams on secure coding practices, cryptography, and secure communication protocols.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies related to automotive embedded systems cybersecurity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system, software, validation, to integrate security measures into the entire product lifecycle.
Manage the cybersecurity activities in the context of complex customer projects (e.g. SDV, TCU).
Participate in incident response activities and provide support in the investigation and resolution of cybersecurity incidents or breaches.
Participate in internal or external research projects.
Develop an expertise in embedded automotive systems cybersecurity.
Requirements:
Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electronic engineering, or a related field; PhD degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on embedded systems security; automotive experience preferred.
Deep understanding of embedded systems architecture, design principles, and development processes.
Experience with secure coding practices and cryptographic algorithms used in embedded systems.
Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and techniques, including threat modeling and risk analysis.
Knowledge of hardware and software stacks used in automotive embedded systems including automotive MCU’s, HSE, AUTOSAR, (RT)OS and hypervisors.
Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE WP.29.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and dispersed teams.
