JOB SUMMARY:

Perform a variety of duties related to global Accounts Receivable Management, including maximizing receivable Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)/Turnover and managing the level of bad debt losses by implementing effective procedures to collect past due accounts. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build a strong working relationship with customers, both internal and external. Contact customers to confirm receipt of invoices, obtain payment of outstanding accounts receivable, and remedy delinquency or non-payments. Discusses unique situations with the appropriate credit personnel in order to determine optimal decision for the division related to special trade accounts receivable matters. Managing monthly accounts receivable less than $10 million with moderate to minimal supervision. Facilitate credit card transactions for the business units. Manage whole goods titling process. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three (3) or more years of related experience.
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate experience in Excel; spreadsheets, import/export fil
  • Proficiency using a PC-computer and related software.
  • Working knowledge of AS400 based platforms.
