We’re looking for a Therapy Specialist to join our Vascular team in Italy, driving excellence in coronary therapies and capital equipment solutions.

What You’ll Do

As a Therapy Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of clinical innovation, working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver life-changing solutions. Your role will combine technical expertise, strategic sales, and impactful training to elevate patient outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion our coronary portfolio and capital equipment solutions, driving adoption and growth.
  • Deliver compelling clinical and technical presentations that highlight the value and differentiation of our products.
  • Build trusted relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and targeted accounts.
  • Lead product launches and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with customers.
  • Conduct internal and external training sessions to ensure excellence in product usage and therapy understanding.
  • Use tools like Salesforce and Power BI to plan, track, and analyze field activities.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and manage consignment inventory effectively.
  • Stay compliant with all internal policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A scientific mindset and a passion for clinical excellence.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage physicians and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of coronary therapies and capital equipment.
  • Experience in data analysis to support clinical conversations.
  • A university degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • 2+ years of experience in a related role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
