·         To ensure that airline equipment is packed according to airline specifications.

·         To organize the food trays, load the trollies and carry out delivery.

·         To ensure food and equipment are packed in trolleys and stored according to specification.

·         To ensure all HACCP procedures are followed.

·         To ensure assembled modules are loaded into catering vehicles in a timely manner.

·         To use loading diagrams to ensure that each piece of equipment is loaded into the correct position in the aircraft galley.

·         To remove used equipment from aircraft and reload clean equipment in a safe and expeditious manner, ensuring that any deviations from agreed standards are reviewed with the crew on board.

·         To review the delivery note/cash invoice and quantities delivered with the Flight Attendant.

·         To adhere to all safety standards and procedures (GCG, Airlines, Local and International).

·         To perform any other related duties as directed by the Operations Manager/Operations Supervisors.

·         Comply with all health and safety work practices.

Qualifications:

·         Must have a Heavy-Duty Truck License with clean driving record.

·         Must be a team player and willing to take on additional tasks.

·         Strong communication skills and ability to think on your feet.

·         The ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors.

 

·         Physical Demands:

·         Ability to load or unload trays and equipment.

·         Physical ability such as strength, coordination and mobility that is required to operate a vehicle.
