Role Overview

The Creative Lead will be a key member of the Global Communications Business Solutions (GCBS) team, reporting to the GCBS Lead, and will play a critical role in shaping and delivering creative direction for Hitachi Global Marketing & Sales (GM&S) initiatives.

The Creative Lead will drive high-impact storytelling across executive communications, campaigns, and multimedia content, including work for external engagements such as meetings, client interactions, and events. This role provides end-to-end creative leadership, ensuring brand excellence, consistency, and innovation across all touchpoints. The Creative Lead serves as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex business narratives into compelling, high-quality creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and provide creative direction across GM&S initiatives and executive communications
• Lead C-suite presentation development and executive storytelling
• Provide creative direction for corporate videos and multimedia content
• Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders
• Lead and develop a team of 2 direct reports
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of creative projects in partnership with the Hitachi Creative Project Manager
• Ensure brand consistency and contribute to brand system evolution in collaboration with global brand leaders

Executive Communications

• Develop high-impact presentations for senior leadership
• Translate complex concepts into compelling visuals
• Advise executives on storytelling and delivery

Leadership & Team Management

  • Manage and mentor two direct reports

  • Ensure quality, timelines, and team effectiveness

  • Provide inputs and represent the team in leadership reporting or relevant stakeholder presentations
