Specific Responsibilities/Tasks

• Involved in automation factory design, understanding the business, flows, equipment, materials, clear about the interaction between site and system.
• 参与到自动化工厂的设计中，了解业务场景，物流流向，自动化设备，物料产品等，清晰业务和系统的对应关系。
• Participate in the factory installation supervision, verification, system integration and testing of equipment. Familiar with the use of equipment and systems.
• 参与设备的进厂安装监督、验证、与系统的联调、系统测试等工作。熟悉设备以及系统的使用。
• Draft the SOPs according to the business need and regulations.
• 根据业务、法规等起草系统相关的文件

• 按照生产计划或者客户需求，制定工作计划，并负责跟踪计划的执行以及任务的协调，并积极和仓库经理沟通工作中的问题。

According to production plan and customer demand, make work plan and be responsible for the implementation of plan and coordination if any problem, feedback to warehouse manager.

• 负责安排原材料的接收,取样准备等。.
• Responsible for arrange receiving the raw materials, sample preparation.
• 掌握并提供原材料和零件的库存状态信息，参与对仓库零件，原材料的管理和改进方案。

Check inventory status and feedback to supervisor , improve and manage parts in stock with team member together.

• 负责安排成品入库的验收
• Responsible for  arrange receiving and checking the finished goods.
• 根据产线需要发放所需物料。

Deliver material and consumable to meet production need.

• 原材料退货原因调查及分析。

Raw material return to vendor’s reason

• 不合格品的来源和区域隔离，未及时处理的上报计划。

Non-conforming FG’s root cause, and separated with other parts, escalation plan

• 维护保存化学品的数据安全材料表。

Maintain MSDS.

• 整理和保存仓库单据，如收料单，发运单，退货单等。                                                                                                          Arrange and save receiving note, shipping note, reject note and the other note should be in folder.
• 负责库存盘点工作的实施。

Responsible fordoing stock check weekly, monthly and annually

• 对仓库的每个功能区域的特点，制定5S检查标准，定期进行检查，仓库设备点检记录是否完整，并制定维修计划。

Make 5s check list, regularly to carry on the process confirmation, warehouse equipment need record the check list，make maintenance plan.

• 具备相应的精益技能和意识。

Corresponding lean skills and consciousness.

• 及时提出有效的精益建议和安全观察卡，寻求资源解决和实施。

Timely effective lean Suggestions and safety observation card, seek resources solutions and implementation.

• 积极参加精益活动，驱动持续改善, 标准化成果。

Take an active part in lean activity, drive continuous improvement, standardized results.

• 仓库整体规划图更新，各库区悬挂标识、地面标识、看板标识

Warehouse layout updated, visualization marking such as ground marking, hanging marking, Kanban marking.

• 监控每个风险点，记录偏差。

Monitor each risk point and record deviation.

• 用PDCA的手法分析偏差产生的原因，并制定改善措施。

Analysis the root cause by PDCA tool, make correct action to improve it.

• 积极识别操作过程中出现的质量，安全，合规等风险，并及时汇报，协助采取行动降低风险。

Positive identification of operation in the process of quality, safety, compliance, risk, and report timely, assist to take action to reduce risk

• 接受相关GMP和SHE的培训

Accept relative training of GMP&SHE

• 培训新员工和其他人员岗位操作技能

Train new staff and others’ skills

• 掌握多技能，并推进员工多技能发展

Have multi-skills and promote employees’ multi-skill development

• 参与培训资料的编写和操作标准的制定，并检查标准是否执行到位
• Participate drafting training materials and process standard, regularly do standard confirmation
• 针对现场出现的设备、质量、生产、人员、物料、系统等能够自主解决，必要时升级。

Appeared on the scene of the equipment, quality, production, personnel, material and system to solve, such as when it is necessary to upgrade.

• 使用点检表进行日常检查，并给与相关操作人员培训，和维修团队一起起草TPM点检表，并持续完善。

Use the point inspection list for routine check, and give the relevant operating personnel training, and maintenance team to draft the TPM point inspection list, and continuously improve

• 主导负责范围内设备的日常保养。

Leading section within the daily maintenance of the equipment.

• SAP EWM 模块使用过程中，提出改进方案

• SOP/WI updating: Revise related SOPs once new requirements come and monitor the implementation.
• SOP/WI的更新：一旦出现新的要求就修改相关的SOP并监督执行。
• SOP/WI implementation and GMP requirements control
• 负责SOP/WI的执行和并按照GMP加以控制。
• Ensure all activities in line with GMP&SOP/WI
• 确保所有的行为都遵从GMP和SOP/WI。

• warehouse applied systems SOx audit, FCF audit.
• 仓库应用的管理系统 Sox审计, FCF审计。
• 整理保存仓库相关记录和报表及KPI相关报表。Maintain records and reports in warehouse and KPI reports.
• 负责调查仓库相关偏差的调查和CAPA执行。Investigation and CAPA implementation for deviation related to distribution.
• 配合财务部进行成品的盘库操作 Support FGs stock taking operation with Finance department.
• 参与各项内外部审计 Participate in various internal and external audit
• 确保所有操作符合公司SHE的政策的SOP。
• Ensure all activities and operations follows SHE policy and SOPs.
