We are looking for a Project Coordinator to be based in our project in Daanbantayan. This position is part of the Business Development Team, and will work together with Project Coordinator in Cebu and with the Business Development Manager based in Manila.

The mission of the Project Coordinator is to support the development of our PV project in Daanbantayan, ensuring timely progress in permitting, stakeholder engagement, and coordination with internal and external partners.

Job Description

  • Coordinate permitting processes with local and national authorities, including DENR, NGCP, DOE, Cebu provincial offices, and other government units with support of the Project Coordinator in Cebu
  • Manage relationships with local stakeholders: LGUs, barangays, community representatives, and external partners. 
  • Organize and coordinate site visits, meetings, and stakeholder activities related to projects. 
  • Support with land acquisition documents, negotiations, etc.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure project milestones are met. 
  • Prepare and consolidate project development reports for internal approval. 
  • Support administrative tasks, including POs, payments, and document management. 
  • Participate in the monitoring of project schedules and budgets.

 

Required Skills and Competencies

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project development, or permitting support, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, or construction projects.
  • Familiarity with Philippine permitting processes and government agencies such as DENR, DOE, NGCP, LGUs, and provincial offices.
  • Experience coordinating with local stakeholders, including LGUs, barangays, landowners, and community representatives.
  • Basic knowledge of land acquisition processes, documentation, and stakeholder negotiations.
  • Organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting project documentation, reporting, and internal approval processes.
  • Ability and willingness to work on-site in Daanbantayan, coordinate closely with teams in Cebu and Manila, and travel locally as required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to build trust with local communities and authorities.
