What you'll do: - Assist in removing released merchandise by pulling and staging pallets for associate stores, ensuring accurate shipment and disposal of damaged goods.
- Provide customer service to suppliers, buyers, and associates by assisting with deliveries, locating lost merchandise, and addressing shipping inquiries.
- Build and dismantle fixtures, prepare for line reviews, and maintain proper signage to support merchandise sales proposals.
- Operate forklifts and power equipment while maintaining safety and security in the Layout Center and shipping/receiving areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization by managing recycling, performing housekeeping tasks, and ensuring clear aisles for buyer walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with team members and management to complete assignments, communicate progress, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring: - Experience in inventory management and shipping and receiving processes within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate power equipment, including forklifts and pallet riders, with appropriate certification.
- Strong customer service skills to assist suppliers, buyers, and associates effectively.
- Knowledge of safety compliance procedures and commitment to maintaining a secure work area.
- Capability to perform general housekeeping duties and maintain organized, clean workspaces.
- Adherence to ethical standards and company policies, demonstrating integrity and accountability.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to support team objectives and resolve issues.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
