Leads PANDAC projects and project initiatives within a specialized business/clinical discipline.  Responsible for the successful delivery of client services (process design, project management, technology implementations, data collection/analysis, etc.) Works on projects and project-related initiatives as assigned by leadership.  Plays a leading role in engagements that generate significant annual revenue and/or margin recognition. 

  • Leads PANDAC projects and surveys on behalf of company.
  • Acts as Subject-Matter-Expert on business or clinical disciplines and instructs, trains other teammates through Owens & Minor University and other educational avenues when required. 
  • Gathers, researches, analyzes, and evaluates data from a variety of sources to produce strategic and actionable short and long-term project recommendations. Summarizes key findings and conclusions; presents recommendations to key stakeholders including senior executives in O&M or client organizations, including success story documentation.
  • Oversees and/or performs PANDAC supply chain analytics/analysis, process mapping, data collection or analysis, project status updates, project plan creation, development and other O&M related services.
  • Leads PANDAC assessments and interviews of internal and external customers to identify opportunities and improvements. Makes and/or presents recommendations to O&M or clients based on industry best practices and/or successfully demonstrated results of similar organizations.
  • Summarizes and presents work results/outputs to internal and external customers in a formal and informal setting.
  • Provides remote or on-site services in a support or lead role across multiple initiatives.  Contributes to post-engagement documentation of successes and lessons learned.
  • Supports and leads O&M projects to improve PANDAC revenue, margin, customer retention, and efficiencies through participation in cross functional teams.
  • Reports and presents PANDAC project progress against deliverables, quality, cost, team and schedule expectations including providing project status reports to the appropriate project lead.
  • Initiates and/or contributes to post-engagement PANDAC project and individual performance review process.
  • Provides input to the appropriate teams for the development of O&M tools, methods, and services. Consistently adheres to use of O&M standardized tools and methodologies.
  • Assists in recruitment and retention of quality O&M PANDAC teammates.  Educates and develops O&M teammates. 
  • Monitors, coaches, and educates teammates and client's staff in supply chain processes.
  • Manages and leads PANDAC initiatives within the project/engagement structure.
  • Performs additional duties as directed.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, RN, or equivalent experience in healthcare logistics, supply chain management or related field
  • LEAN, Six Sigma, and/or Project Management Certification preferred
  • 7 or more years of related experience (health care supply chain management, logistics, etc.), preferably within a large hospital/hospital system or GPO

  • Demonstrated understanding of supply chain management, consulting principles and practices
  • Demonstrated competencies in communication, project management, presentation, process design, data analytics.
  • Proven ability to identify and communicate opportunities to expand the scope of existing engagement
  • Proven ability to organize and facilitate multi-disciplinary work teams.
  • Possess the ability to listen and respond appropriately to customer and co-worker requests, communicate effectively with clients and team members, to clarify understanding, diffuse tense situations, and deliver information effectively.
  • Ability to research, write and present critical analyses and recommendations relevant to stated subject matter expertise.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with O&M teammates, hospital staff and physicians, and/or manufactures.
  • Ability to communicate, influence, and persuade others at all levels, to present information in a clear, concise, professional manner.
  • Demonstrated analytical/PC skills:  Excel, Access, Business Objects and Power BI.
  • Extensive travel to customer sites required
