We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative data management scientist to be responsible for managing the successful completion of tasks within Quality Control. 

In this role you will support QC with Data tasks including visualizations, setup of data flows to track operational activities and identification of improvements in data handling across the department. This position requires a high degree of business acumen as well as process insight to drive, facilitate, and manage stakeholders across the entire QC business with authority and charisma.  

 

In this position you will build up strong insights to our business, and a strong network both internally and with various stakeholders. You will serve as our go-to person in our Data & Visual Workflow hub within QC Projects and hold a key role in overseeing the task portfolio within the team.  

 

Your task and responsibilities among others will be: 

  • Oversight of portfolio and task distribution within the Data & Visual Workflow hub.  

  • Create and maintain dashboards in Tableau for Quality Control.  

  • Optimize data flow from quality systems to create advanced views, e.g. through use of Power Apps/Power Automate.  

  • Develop and manage models to identify trends and to measure KPIs. 

  • Utilize tools as Alteryx and Tableau for data processing and visualization. 

 

You will work closely together with internal stakeholders within FUJIFILM to ensure high quality and timely completion. You are expected to be service minded and creative in identifying solutions and mitigations for the business, however, you are also expected to be realistic and patient in explaining and guiding your stakeholders in what can be achieved.  

 

The Data & Visual Workflow hub is part of QC Projects which is part of the QC organization. In QC we work in a busy and dynamic environment where we support biologics Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP) production as well as the global release of commercial products (DS/DP) for our global network of clients. 

 

About your qualifications and competences 

  • Bachelor’s (BA) or Master’s Degree (MSc) in IT, Engineering, or any other relevant field. 

  • Relevant QA IT or QC experience from the pharmaceutical industry.  

  • Knowledge of GMP Quality Systems 

  • As a person, you are organized with an attention to detail and still able to keep an overview. 

  • You are service minded with excellent verbal and oral communication skills. 

  • You have an ability to work independently and are self-driven. 

  • You are a team player. 

  • You thrive in a changing environment.  

  • You enjoy multitasking.
