The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:
● European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E. mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)
● Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

A VIE for a Customer Services Regionalisation Change Management has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft / Airbus Portugal in Lisbon. You will join the Customer Services Regionalization team.
The Customer Services Regionalisation Change Management VIE will actively support the roll-out of the Regionalisation & Footprint strategy worldwide. The VIE will work in close collaboration with the Regionalisation Core Team, directly contributing to achieving our 2030 ambition by guaranteeing adherence to and effective implementation of regionalisation principles across all our entities and regions.
The VIE will have the following main responsibilities:
Automate Performance Insights: Leverage advanced AI tools to automate data collection and dashboard creation, transforming raw KPIs into real-time and actionable insights for the regionalisation strategy.
Modernise Digital Communication: Manage and update Google Sites and other communication channels to ensure regional stakeholders stay informed and connected.
Support Change Management: Design and drive a structured change management plan to facilitate smooth transitions during the rollout of the regionalisation processes, including adapting the regional governance
Project management: Manage a new project for customers, involving some Regions of customer services. Build the project charter, define the content and drumbeat with different stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
Education: Higher education degree (Bachelor's/Master's equivalent) in Project Management, International Business, Marketing, Communication, Data Analysis, or a relevant field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in dashboard creation and data visualisation tools (e.g., Google Data Studio).
Familiarity with content management/intranet platforms (e.g., Google Sites).
Good knowledge of office productivity tools (Google Workspace, particularly Slides).
Knowledge of major AI tools
Soft Skills:
Excellent organisational skills and meticulousness, with great attention to detail.
Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information.
Proactivity, autonomy, and initiative.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
Adaptability and flexibility in the face of change.
Languages:
Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential, given the international context.
French (written and spoken) is a significant asset.
Experience: A first experience (internships, work-study programs) in project management, operational support, data analysis, or communication in an international context would be a plus.
