JOB SUMMARY:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the care and upkeep of all buildings and grounds on our Stuart Campus along with set up and tear down of campus events. The position performs maintenance tasks along with supervising, housekeeping services, grounds teams, and other vendors. This position reports directly to the Campus Pastor. The Facilities Manager is a hands-on position that performs maintenance while supporting the needs of Christ Fellowship ministries. This role works with various Christ Fellowship staff and volunteers to ensure our buildings are well maintained and properly operating. This is a salary position requiring the availability to work flexible hours and days and includes nights, weekends and holidays.
