The Sleep Navigator is a clinical liaison position requiring self-direction, attention to detail, and effective communication with staff, patients, families, and the public. In collaboration with physicians and the Sleep Center Teams, the Sleep Navigator guides and coordinates services for patients undergoing sleep disorder screenings and their caregivers throughout the continuum of care.
